Orders are shipped 2 times a week: Tuesday and Friday and are then delivered in 48 working hours. Note that during busy periods (collection launch, return in stock of a product, promotional offer ...) the deadlines are extended, it takes between 5 to 7 working days.

RETURN

RETURN THE ITEM I RECEIVED DOES NOT SUIT ME, HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

CiLAO offers you the possibility to change your mind and return your products easily and free of charge (from the Metropolitan France). For all returns outside metropolitan France, the return costs remain your responsibility as well as the shipping costs that are not refunded.

Conditions for accepting a return:

The return request must be sent to CiLAO within 14 days of the date of receipt of the product, through a request to the after-sales service via the contact form. 

The product must be returned new, properly protected in the original undamaged packaging, accompanied by any accessories, instructions for use and documentation provided at the time of purchase.

In the case of the return of a pack, the customer must return the entire pack. It is not possible to return only one part of the pack. 

You will receive by email a return form and a Colissimo return label (only for metropolitan France).

Complete the return form and attach it to the package.

Stick the Colissimo return label on your package and ship it free of charge.

You want to:

- An exchange: we proceed to the exchange once your return is received.

- A refund: it will be made via the means of payment used for the payment of the order.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN REQUEST?

The refund is made at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which we will be informed of the customer's decision to withdraw (Subject to receipt of the return package at our warehouse).

IS IT POSSIBLE TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM? 

We will proceed with the exchange once your return is received.
