RETURNS & EXCHANGES

CiLAO offers you the possibility to change your mind and return your products easily and free of charge (from Metropolitan France)..

Conditions of acceptance of a return:

• The request for return must be addressed to CiLAO within 14 days following the date of receipt of the product.
• The Product must be returned new and properly protected in the original undamaged packaging, accompanied by any accessories, instructions for use and documentation provided at the time of purchase.
• If a set is returned, the Buyer must return the entire pack. It is not possible to return any part of the pack.

How can I make a return or exchange?

1.       Contact CiLAO at the email address contact@cilao.com within 14 days of receiving the Product.
2.       You will receive a return form and a Colissimo shipment return label by email (only for metropolitan France).
3.       Complete the return form and send it with the package.
4.       Stick the Colissimo return label on your package and ship it free of charge (only for metropolitan France).
5.       You wish:

-        An exchange: we proceed to the exchange once your return is received

-        A refund: it will be made via the payment method used for the payment of the order.
