CiLAO lightened these backpacks by reinforcing only where necessary.

All areas exposed to friction—front, base, and lower sides—are reinforced and lined with high-density 1000-denier polyamide, offering superior abrasion resistance.

Ice Axe Holders

 This innovation, now a must-have, originated in CiLAO’s design office.

 They let you draw your axes quickly, even with the pack on, and are easy to handle with gloves.

Ski Attachment

 For winter mountaineering, our packs include a diagonal ski-carry system.

Multi-Purpose Compression Straps

 Two horizontal compression straps help shrink the pack’s volume and secure extra gear.

 Their buckles are compatible with each other and with CLIP STRAP and FIX STRAP products.

Carrying Comfort – Alpine Technology

 During climbs, weight rests on your shoulders with a wide range of motion.

 To boost performance, CiLAO has equipped all alpine packs with Double-Strap® Harness Technology.

This design uses two overlapping straps that move with you. The goal is to maintain freedom of movement and better distribute the load—delivering the comfort you need to conquer any summit.

 Sold separately, they let you attach different types of gear: rope, crampons, sleeping mat, helmet, etc.

Waistbelt Pockets: ZIPPED POCKET

 Offered in three sizes, this removable zippered pouch attaches to CiLAO waistbelts via a Velcro system.
