CARRYING COMFORT – TOTAL FREEDOM

For complete harmony during both ascent and descent, three technologies come into play: constant support of the MOOV® belt on the hips, the Double-Strap® shoulder harness, and an ergonomic back panel adapted to the hiker’s stature.

These patented technologies ensure better weight transfer to the hips, enhancing carrying comfort.

TECHNICAL FEATURES

Lightness is the guiding principle of CiLAO’s ski touring backpack design. They’re created to be intuitive and functional, with nothing superfluous—just the essentials.

SKI & SPLITBOARD / SNOWBOARD CARRY

MAÏDO backpacks offer every possible ski-carrying configuration: diagonal, side, or front.

For those who tour with a splitboard or snowboard, there’s an A-frame system for split skis and a vertical carry for the snowboard.

ICE AXE HOLDERS

The ice axe holders are compatible with all models and are easy to use—even with gloves on.

DURABILITY – RELIABILITY

For its ski touring range, CiLAO lightened the packs by reinforcing only where necessary.

All areas exposed to external friction or ski carrying—front, base, and sides—are reinforced and lined with a sturdy fabric offering higher abrasion resistance (500-denier high-density polyamide).

OPTIONS

Waist Belt Pocket: ZIPPED POCKET

Available in three sizes, this removable zippered pouch attaches to CiLAO backpack waist belts via a Velcro system.

Additional Straps: CLIP STRAP & FIX STRAP

You can accessorize your pack using the built-in webbing loops and complementary products: CLIP STRAP and FIX STRAP.

Both are sold separately and enable you to attach various types of gear to your packs: rope, crampons, sleeping mat, helmet, etc.

Raincover: RAINCOVER ULTRA LIGHT

The optional RAINCOVER ULTRALIGHT is an ultra-light, compact rain cover, ensuring perfect long-term waterproof protection for your pack.
